We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead
our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record in driving regional sales performance and a strong ability
to manage both direct and indirect sales teams.
Regional Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a regional
sales strategy to meet business objectives, increase market share,
and achieve sales targets for oilfield and gasfield equipment and
machinery.
Sales Leadership : Lead, manage, and
motivate the regional sales team, ensuring high performance in
securing new business and growing existing client
relationships.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including
oil and gas companies, contractors, and distributors, ensuring
customer satisfaction and long-term business
partnerships
Market and Competitor Analysis :
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
to identify new business opportunities and refine sales
strategies.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting :
Prepare and provide regular sales forecasts, reports on key
performance metrics, and insights into regional market
conditions.
Business Development : Actively
pursue new business opportunities, penetrate untapped markets, and
expand the company's client base across the region.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product
development, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in
sales strategies and product offerings.
Negotiation & Deal Closure : Lead contract
negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the
client while driving successful deal closures.
Sales Budget Management : Oversee the management of
regional sales budgets, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective
execution of sales
initiatives.
Skills
& Competencies :leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate
teams and engage with key stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to
drive sales discussions and close deals.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales performance
tracking tools.
