Customer Service Executive (Import x 1 / & Export x1) @Alps Ave

Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Service Executive (Import) / Mon-Fri, 9am -5.30pm; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm
• Contact point for Airfreight Import, to manage customers for movement of import shipments.
• Follow up on urgent shipments & liaise with stakeholder (Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales)
• Ensure that customers’ expectations are being met and mapped in SOP
• Regular Business Review with Customers (MBR / QBR)
• Perform process including Billing and follow up on billing disputes.
• Experience in Airfreight Import, and able to commit weekend when required.

2. Customer Service Officer / Executive (Export) / Mon-Fri, 9am -6.30pm; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm
