What You’ll Be Doing :

As a Sales Executive , you'll play a key role in connecting with our customers and delivering exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include :

• Promoting and Selling : Presenting our wide range of car care, grooming, and detailing packages to both walk-in and call-in customers.
• Customer Needs Assessment : Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions or add-on services to enhance their experience.
• Engagement : Handling inquiries via calls, messages, and online platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, and our website).
• Administrative Support : Preparing quotations, invoicing, and assisting with service bookings to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Achieving Targets : Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Building : Cultivating long-term relationships with regular customers and corporate clients for repeat business.
• After-Sales Support : Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
• Team Collaboration : Working closely with the operations team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Marketing Involvement : Participating in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and roadshows to help drive awareness and sales.
