Job Title : Retail / Warehouse Admin Assistant
Location : Asiawide Industrial Building (with occasional travel to Balestier and Ubi)
Employment Type : [Full-time / Permanent]
Key Responsibilities :
1. Billing & Sales Documentation
Prepare and process :
Quotations
Sales Orders (SO)
Delivery Orders (DO)
Invoices
- Ensure accuracy in all billing and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for document flow.
2. Document Filing (Hardcopy & Softcopy)
Perform 3-way matching and proper filing of :
Purchase Orders (PO)
Delivery Orders (DO)
Invoices
Scan, photocopy, label, and archive documents (digitally and physically).Maintain well-organized filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.📌 Note : This task requires extended time standing in front of photocopiers and scanners.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Admin Support
Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and documentation.Support inventory movement tracking and periodic stock checks.Liaise with warehouse staff for stock-in / out recording and reporting.4. General Administrative Duties
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in system updates.Provide general admin and operational support to retail and warehouse departments.Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.Requirements :
At least 1–2 years of administrative or warehouse support experience.Strong attention to detail, especially in document handling and filing .Physically able to stand for extended periods for scanning / filing tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document management software.Good organizational and time-management skills.Able to multitask and work independently.Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.Comfortable with occasional travel between Asiawide, Balestier, and Ubi locationsWorking Hours :
Monday to Friday : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PMSaturday (Alternate) : 10 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PMWork Location :
