Roles & Responsibilities
The trainee must possess the skills to efficiently oversee and enhance procurement operations within the clothing business, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and effectively negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
Specific Responsibilities :
Formulating and executing procurement strategies.
Overseeing daily procurement operations, managing personnel, and assigning responsibilities.
Overseeing vendor relationships, bargaining agreements, costs, and schedules.
Sustaining supplier records, procurement documentation, and associated records.
Collaborating with inventory management to assess and oversee inventory requirements.
Verifying that all acquired goods conform to specified quality benchmarks and requirements.
Compiling cost assessments and administering financial plans.
Enhancing procurement systems and methodologies. Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the clothing industry, and analyzing data to inform procurement decisions.

1. Accounts and Purchasing system skills.
2. Office Management , Record Maintenance
3. Relationship Building Excellent Communication Budgetting Monitoring
Duration of Traineeship / Attachment Offered - 6 months
Mature Mid Career Individuals - $2,800
This Position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
