Retail Channel Sales Account Manager (Consumer Electronics)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Growth : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, including upselling and cross-selling across product categories.
• Channel Development : Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market presence.
• Retail Execution : Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
• Forecasting & Reporting : Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Training & Enablement : Conduct product training sessions for retail sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Market Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic planning.
