Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate weights. Familiar with basic computer tasks (e.g., printing labels, updating order status). Positive attitude and team player. Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Fulfilment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and packing online orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Check order details to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier / logistics providers for pickups and tracking.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock shipments.
- Assist with stocktaking and warehouse organisation.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the fulfilment area.
- Support customer service team on order-related queries, if needed.
