Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling of product samples
- Handle incoming calls / faxes / e-mails or serve walk-in customers on enquiries and confirmed orders
- Liaise with customers and negotiate on prices
- Prepare necessary paperwork, such as quotations, delivery orders
- Follow-up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers' payments
- Issue credit notes to customers if necessary
Job Requirements :
GCE 'N' Levels or equivalentPreferably 1-2 years' working experience in customer service or field salesHas initiative and positive learning attitudePleasant personality and customer service orientedAble to work independently as well as in a teamGood communication skills and possesses good problem-solving skillsTell employers what skills you have
