Job
Responsibilities
You will be
responsible for assisting in day to day operations such
as :
Provide customer service
including registration / screening of patients, queue management,
preparation and dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection
of payment.
Answer inquiries from patients and
others via phone calls, messages and emails while rendering
excellent patient care and customer service.
Perform and / or assisting the doctor with cosmetic,
surgical, and medical procedures
Evaluating
clients' beauty needs
Providing facial and
body treatments.
Performing various massage
techniques on clients' faces, and back.
Work
in a team with the rest of the staff to ensure that the clinic
environment is clean and welcoming for patients
Administrative duties such as claims submissions and
other forms of
paperwork
Requirements
Comfortable with technology, computer applications and
modern software
Applicants with phlebotomy
skills, wound management experience, clinical aesthetics experience
and / or nursing certification will have an added
advantage
Relevant qualification in Cosmetic
or Beauty Therapy is an added advantage
Able
to work 5.5 days / 44 hours per week (1 weekend
off)
