Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
1. Provide general administrative support for company and salesman, handle incoming and outgoing mail for invoicing / SOA / DO and other matters.
2. Collate documents for invoicing and updating the invoicing records.
3. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
4. Must be proficient in MS Words and Excel, familiarisation on inhouse software platform will be taught.
5. Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.
6. Apply weekly & monthly safety permit to work.
Work area is 10 mins away from Kaki Bukit MRT, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm.
