Responsibilities
Provide professional advice to customers on spectacles, frames, and related products.Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.Maintain store operations and ensure proper inventory control.Serve as a Brand Ambassador, representing the company’s image and values.Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall store sales targets.Perform cashiering duties and handle various in-store payment transactions.Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and adhere to company SOPs.Requirements
Prior retail experience is preferred.Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Good command of spoken and written English.Sales-driven and customer-oriented.Willing to stand long hours and work on weekends and public holidaysNote : Training Provided
