Roles & Responsibilities

Hybrid / Flexible Working Arrangement
Bi-yearly salary review and fast track career progression
Attractive salary remuneration with individual / team incentives

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain good relationship with new / existing clients and provide full recruitment support

Perform research and understand clients and their industries well

Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals

Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client's requirement and needs

Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration

Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation

Coordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidates

Conduct reference check on candidates on behalf of clients

Coordinate and negotiate on salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates

Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates

Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs

Requirements

Candidate must have at least 1 year of sales / recruitment / customer fronting experience

Candidate must have business level of Japanese proficiency in order to liaise with Japanese speaking clients / candidates, including performing negotiation.

Portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on mutual agreement basis

Candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, ability to multi-task, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage
