Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Issuing of purchase orders, sourcing, liaising, negotiating and follow-up with suppliers documentation,
pricing, quality, etc.
Coordinate with local suppliers and ensure on-time deliveriesCoordinate purchase activities with internal departments and external partiesDevelop new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequateTake a leading role in the development of new and existing suppliers to support current and long term sourcing needsTo establish and maintain orderly filing and documentationOther ad-hoc duties and miscellaneous administrative jobPerform any other duties as assigned by superiorRequirements :
Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree, any field.Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Word.Able to work independently with initiativesPossess good attitude with good sense of responsibility and team playerInterested candidates, please apply including the following : -
