Responsibilities

• Sourcing new suppliers, sending inquiries and obtaining quotes from various. supplier / subcontractors as per material specifications, BOQ and approved drawings.
• Responsible for project material and equipment sourcing, compare and negotiate for best deal
• Generate purchase order / delivery instruction.
• Co-ordinate with supplier / site supervisor for delivery.
• Verify Invoice against respective PO, DI and DO
• Maintain central material price list and warehouse stock list
• Co-ordination and render support to the project team
• Admin support for Tender / Contracts Team
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed
