Job requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experiencelent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Has Singapore work experience in accounting & admin position
- Prepare full set of accountsn renovation trade will be an added advantage
Job scope
Prepare full set of accountsMonthly bank reconciliationPrepare Statement of Accounts (SOA) and send to debtors (maintain aging of AR)Ensure timely payment if bills and supplier invoicesProcess monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IRAS mattersManage employees’ record and expenses claimsForeign workers matter (Apply / renew work permit, arrange medical check-up, maintain CSOC / Core trade / security bond expiry date etc)Insurance (renew WIC, Public Liability, Foreign Worker Medical Insurance)Prepare quotations & issue invoicesAd-hoc duties assigned by directorCheong Yeat Long | R25145358
