Description
On-site
equipment installation, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service &
repair of Pick and Place equipment for Advanced
Packaging;
Lead continual equipment
improvement programmes, upgrades, preventive maintenance, overhaul,
modifications and repair works;
Liaison with
customer on technical matters, responds to complaints, provides
time to solutions to resolve customers' issues for assigned
projects;
Monitors & report the
performance of the product, provide regular update and feedback on
customer's service requests;
Support in-house
applications development, customers samples evaluation and on-site
benchmarking
exercise.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronics
Engineering or its equivalent;
Semiconductor
Pick & Place equipment and Epoxy process knowledge;
Strong communication and good interpersonal
skills;
A meticulous, organized and
resourceful team player;
A highly motivated
individual who works independently with little
supervision;
Able to work in cleanroom
environment at customer site;
May required to
work or on standby after office hours, weekends and public
holidays;
Frequent travellings are
required;
At least 3 years of relevant
experience.
