We provide integrated engineering solutions, including HR resource management services, for the engineering and services to the Pharmaceutical Industry, Oil & Gas / Chemical and related industries. We specialized in engineering and recruitment of talents in the manufacturing plants and related industries.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Identifying & developing client / business relationship;
- Screening / validating the resumes from database;
- Sourcing suitable candidates & briefing them on opportunities offered by clients;
- Or Actively seek candidates to fit specific openings and proactive profiles;
- Negotiating terms with candidates within agreed guidelines;
- Interview follow-ups;
Coordinating with candidates for interview.
Meet up with candidates or clients when necessary.
Qualifications & experience
a diploma / degree cert.; or
self-driven to succeed.
