Roles & Responsibilities
- . Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
- Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers
- Attend Coordinating Meeting
- Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs
- Monitor work progress and feedback to Project Manager
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services
- Well versed in Building and M&E Installation
- Able to plan and handle drawings details
- Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants
- . At least 5 years of working experience in HDB (BTO) Project
- Knowledge in Auto Cad , BIM , Revit is preferred
