Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all phases of road and utility
diversion projects.
Develop and implement
project schedules, ensuring timely execution within budget
constraints.
Coordinate with project
stakeholders, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth
progress.
Ensure compliance with safety
regulations, quality standards, and environmental
guidelines.
Identify project risks and
implement mitigation strategies to address challenges.
Lead project teams and provide guidance on construction
methodologies and best practices.
Prepare
progress reports and presentations for management and
stakeholders.
Job
Requirements
Required
of relevant local experience in managing road and utility diversion
projects of similar scale and complexity.
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies,
project scheduling, and regulatory requirements.
Effective communication and stakeholder management
abilities.
