Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain AP / AR / partial GL.
- Maintain cash book & records and perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Monthly financial closing
- GST submission
- Process claims, payments, billings, issuing invoices, delivery order, cheques and etc.
- General accounting functions and preparing of journal entries
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end / year-end closing processes.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and reporting deadlines.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Support both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain proper records of assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses.
Requirement :
‘O’ Level, Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalentMin 5 year(s) of working experience in related field will be added advantage; prebferbably in construction industryBe familiar with Quickbook or willing to learnGood attitude and proactiveAble to start work immediately or within short noticePlease include the following information in your resume :
