Full Job Description
Our client is a prominent Singaporean Property Developer who now seek a strong and high profile candidate with experience across the APAC market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and screen acquisition targets through market studies, site inspections, competitor mapping, financial modelling, and strategic due diligenceStructure and negotiate purchases, JVs, management and franchise agreements with landowners, funds, private‑equity partners, and global hotel operatorsPresent investment papers and recommendations to senior management for approvalMonitor operating performance of hotels : P&L, OPEX, CAPEXPublish monthly KPI dashboards and supply‑demand / macro‑economic intelligence to guide portfolio strategyConceptualise in‑house hospitality brands; manage consultant briefs on design, budget, schedule, and brand‑standard rolloutDrive asset‑enhancement projects with project, marketing, and property teams to maximise IRR and asset valueMaintain relationships with operators, valuers, government agencies, financiers, legal advisers, architects, QS and MEP consultantsLead, coach, and develop to uplift team capabilityRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Real Estate, Business, or related disciplineMinimum 10-15 years’ leadership experience in hotel business development, or operations with a proven track record of closed dealsSound knowledge of APAC and key international hotel markets, valuation methodologies, and regulationsStrategic communicator with advanced negotiation, problem‑solving and commercial acumenHighly analytical, organised, and self‑driven; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix structurePositive, adaptable, and willing to travel regionally as requiredFluency in English (spoken and written) essential, Chinese a requirement , Bahasa an advantageFor more information about this role, please contact Alex Beattie at abeattie@goughrecruitment.com.hk.
