Key Job Responsibilities
Liaise with freight forwarders, transport teams, and carriers to schedule timely deliveries and shipments.
Collaborate with the Acceptance and Cargo Releasing teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, ensuring data is updated in the warehouse management system.
Address inquiries from customers or internal teams regarding shipment statuses and delays.
Provide timely updates on cargo readiness and dispatch schedules.
Ensure all warehouse staff adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Monitor and report any incidents, damages, or irregularities during operations.
Oversee and guide warehouse staff during export operations to meet deadlines and standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics; experience in operating Management
Strategic thinking ability, proven implementation results
Experience in customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
