URGENT : Application and Service Engineer (medical device / healthcare)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage medical devices / healthcare product portfolio and support customers and sales teams.
• Handle product inquiries, provide training, demonstrations, and consultations.
• Assist in project and tender specifications with compliant solutions.
• Deliver post-sales support including training, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Provide technical support during trials, post-sales, and warranty periods.
• Perform additional tasks to support company goals.
