Job descriptionDesign Support : Assist our team through all stages of the architectural process, from concept development to project completion. Submission to Regulatory Authorities : Prepare documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval. Digital Design : Develop and contribute to detailed BIM models and digital workflows using Revit. Drawing Production : Prepare high-quality conceptual, regulatory submission, tender, and construction drawing sets. Visualization : Create compelling 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentation materials to communicate ideas effectively. Collaboration : Work closely with senior designers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure coordinated and smooth project delivery. A holder of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in architectural design and end-to-end project delivery. High expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong rendering skills with Lumion or Enscape. A basic understanding of Singapore’s regulations, codes and submission processes. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
