Roles & Responsibilities

📍 Location : Island wide (Outlet assigned based on where you stay, mainly Central)

🗓 Work Schedule : 6 days per week | 44 hrs / week I Shifts

💰 Salary : Up to $5,000 / month (depending on experience)

About the Company

Our client is a household name in Singapore’s F&B scene , known for their dining and bar concepts. Despite industry challenges, they continue to grow steadily and remain a leader in the local F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Deliver excellent customer service; handle queries & complaints professionally
• Supervise outlet set-up, cash handling, stock control, and maintain SOP standards
• Drive sales through upselling, food & drink pairings, and promoting cocktails
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to uphold high standards

We are also hiring Outlet Managers (3–5 years of F&B experience required).
