• Customer Service : Serving as a service ambassador, assisting passengers, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Safety and Security : Conducting regular checks, investigating security breaches, and ensuring compliance with company, airline, safety SOPs
• Operational Coordination : Liaising with airline representatives, airport authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
