Job Title : Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1. Daily Operations Management : Oversee the smooth operation of the coffeeshop, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow.

2. Tenant Management : Source and manage tenants for food stalls, including contract negotiations and rent collection.

3. Financial Management : Handle daily sales settlement, manage inventory, and source suppliers with competitive pricing.

4. Stock Management : Conduct stock takes, order supplies, and maintain healthy inventory levels.

5. Safety and Hygiene : Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

6. Team Management : Supervise, lead, and motivate the team, ensuring fairness in scheduling and providing opportunities for growth and development.

7. Customer Service : Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring consistent quality of service and resolving issues promptly.

8. Ad Hoc Duties : Perform additional tasks as required, including assisting with events, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.

Key Requirements :

1. Education : Diploma in any field of study.

2. Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in coffeeshop or food court management.

3. Skills :

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent team player with leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

4. Physical Requirements : Prepared to work in a non-air-conditioned setting.
