Roles & Responsibilities

Position : Business Support Executive

Salary : $2,500 - $2,700 + AWS + VB

Working Days : Mon - Fri 8 : 15am - 5 : 30pm

Working Location : Joo Koon (Transport is provided from 6 MRT pickup points ie : Paya Lebar, Serangoon NEX, Bishan, Jurong East, Joon Koon, Woodlands)

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage e-filing and maintain organized records and database.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, handle purchasing, and liaise with vendors for office-related matters.
  • Assist in completing and submitting client vendor registration requirements
  • Assist in the preparation, collation, and submission of safety audit documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Update and maintain the company website with relevant and accurate information.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
