Job descriptionCourse Administration Handle enquiries, course registrations, and day-to-day training administration efficiently Training Operations Support Assist with course delivery, manage urgent training requests, and generate reports for performance tracking. Marketing & Outreach Support marketing activities, update collaterals, and assist in outreach events such as seminars, roadshows, and corporate programmes. Supplier & Vendor Management Source, negotiate, and monitor outsourcing partners and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the Training Centre’s reputation and increase course demand. Candidate with customer service are welcome

- 5 days / Office Hours (will required night / weekend shift)
- Basic $3600 + Variable Bonus + Good benefit
