Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of HRIS to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify system needs and propose solutions to improve HR processes
- Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements
- Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making and analytics
- Provide training and guidance to HR users on system functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system issues and ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and audit requirements
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum 4–6 years of HRIS experience, with exposure to HR operations and project managementStrong knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, or other HR systems)Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to :
