Lucence
is advancing cancer care through precision oncology, delivering
clinically actionable insights through next-generation sequencing
(NGS) and liquid biopsy technology. Our work spans treatment
selection, minimal residual disease (MRD), and multi-cancer early
detection (MCED).
About the
Role
Reporting to the Medical Director,
the MSL will engage healthcare professionals across oncology and
hematology to support the appropriate use of Lucence's NGS-based
clinical assays. You'll play a key role in translating science into
clinical impact across the APAC region and the United
States.
Key
Responsibilities
Build and maintain scientific relationships with
oncologists, hematologists, and pathologists
Provide clinical and scientific education on Lucence's
precision oncology solutions, including applications in MRD, MCED,
and therapy selection
Support regional KOL
engagement, advisory boards, and educational initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical,
Commercial, and Product teams to inform strategy
Communicate field insights and emerging trends to
internal stakeholders
Represent Lucence at
conferences and support clinical studies, including
investigator-led research and real-world
data
Qualifications
MD, PhD, or PharmD strongly preferred in oncology,
molecular biology, genetics, or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, or a
clinical / scientific role in oncology or diagnostics
Expertise in NGS, liquid biopsy, and the clinical
application of molecular testing
Familiarity
with MRD and MCED technologies and their clinical
adoption
Skilled at presenting complex data to
HCPs and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of
Singapore and APAC healthcare systems, with ability to support U.S.
engagements
Strong communication,
collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel (~30-40%) across APAC and
occasionally to the U.S.
