🍴 Job Description : Kitchen Expert SENIOR COOK
📍 Location Margaret Drive
Singapore – Authentic Korean Restaurant
💰 Salary Range
SGD 3,300 – 3,700 (based on experience and skills)
📝 Responsibilities
Daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and cleanliness.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation according to restaurant standards.
Support Head Chef and team in delivering high-quality Korean cuisine.
Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines (NEA standards).
Assist in inventory management and stock ordering when required.
✅ Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven kitchen operations experience in restaurants (Korean cuisine preferred).
Strong knowledge of kitchen workflow and ability to handle peak hours.
Non-smoker (mandatory).
Relevant culinary training or certification is an advantage (please provide certificates if available).
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Physically fit, disciplined, and punctual.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts if required.
⭐ Preferred Qualities
Previous experience in a Korean restaurant environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for Korean cuisine.
Candidates with additional food safety / HACCP certificates will be given priority.
