Seeking a
Membership Executive to manage member
services, reservations, and events while delivering premium
customer experiences in a luxury environment.
Job
Duties
Process new membership applications, update records, and
ensure compliance with policies while safeguarding
confidentiality.
Communicate with members on
policies, events, promotions, and offerings through newsletters,
invitations, and reminders.
Assist members
with special requests, including reservations, private events, and
tailored recommendations.
Address member
concerns and feedback with professionalism, ensuring timely and
satisfactory resolutions.
Manage membership
fee collection, process payments, and maintain accurate financial
records.
Promote member-exclusive events and
engagement initiatives through targeted communications.
Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience
and encourage participation in club activities.
Manage reservations for dining, events, and facilities,
ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
Maintain detailed records of member interactions,
statuses, and guest visits.
Ensure concierge
and service areas reflect high standards of luxury, comfort, and
cleanliness.
Requirements
Diploma or degree from preferably hospitality or related
field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in
hospitality, travel (airlines), or customer service
roles.
Strong interpersonal skills,
resourceful, independent, and proactive.
Prior
work experience in Singapore and / or APAC markets is
essential.
Willing to work on
weekends and public
holidays .
Knowledge and
experience in the luxury lifestyle
industry is an
advantage.
