Responsibilities :
Execute technical implementation tasksDevelop and maintain technical documentationDeliver post-deployment supportConduct proactive maintenance and health checksSupport client training and handoverCollaborate on cross-functional service excellenceQualifications :
At least a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information TechnologyTechnical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plusMin1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferredExperience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficialGood understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity conceptsAble to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware / software systemsBasic command of ticketing tools and SLAsCompetent in technical documentation and client communicationResponsible and service-orientedLogical problem-solver with a willingness to learn from mistakesTeam player who communicates openly and follows through on tasksHOW TO APPLY :
