Responsibilities
- Identify consumer needs / insights, category trends, and commercial opportunities across different channels.
- Lead in-depth analysis of sales data to identify issues and opportunities.
- Develop and implement plans for new product / commercial innovations for the categories he / she is leading, including campaign and trade activities.
- Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for his / her portfolio; manage A&P budget.
- Work with cross-functional teams, agency, and channel partners.
Requirements
Degree in any disciplineMinimum 2 years of relevant brand / marketing experience in an FMCG company. Must have experience in New Product Development, regional launches, and branding development strategy.Experience working with cross-functional teams and media / creative agencies is a plus.Experience in food category is a plus.Experience in trade marketing and working with supermarkets / grocery chains is a plus.Self-starter, resilient, able to deal with ambiguity, and react quickly in a fast-paced environment, can collaborate effectively across teams.How to Apply :
