Job descriptionGreet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude Help customers to settle down and also take their orders by answering questions about the menu. Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping, mopping floors & sanitizing Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code. 1 to 2 years of hospitality related experience Or even with no experience but with the passion for the industry Customer service Should have pleasing personality Excellent guest service skill.
