Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers as basis for pricing.
• Obtain, compile, and evaluate quotations from suppliers / vendors according to tender requirements.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), including quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring, and estimating material and labour costs.
• Carry out detailed breakdown pricing.
• Understand tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule, and non-material requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
