Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead NPI and sustaining projects from concept to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to generate RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and master build plans.
• Oversee sample builds including PCBA, mechanical parts, and system-level components.
• Drive procurement, tooling, and factory capacity planning to meet customer demand.
• Maintain customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact.
• Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
