Assistant Contract Manager / Senior Contract Executive
Basic : $4,000 - $5,000
Working Hours : 5 Days Mon-Fri (830am to 530pm)
Location : Jalan Kilang Timor, Redhill (Office)
Job Responsibilities
- As part of Tender / Contracts Team responsible in Pre / Post-Contracts administration
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
- To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative.
- Review and preparing of response for claims and variation costs;
- To compile subcontractor quotations and submit for review and approval;
- To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates and to obtain approval from various approving parties;
- Preparation of final accounts and variation submissions;
- Any other contracts management related job
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University.Minimum 5 years of related working experience in industrial projects.Good working knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical.Good knowledge of Singapore health and safety rules and regulations.Good knowledge of materials and works for site usageGood knowledge on local pricingsWhatsApp : https : / / wa.me / 6591044149 (Shermaine)
