Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries and requests from emails, mail, and fax within the expected time.
- Handle and resolve issues from policyholders, distribution representatives, and business partners about insurance.
- Review and manage appeals, feedback, and minor complaints from all distribution channels.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Section Head.
- Take responsibility for identifying and managing business and compliance risks.
- Stay informed about industry rules, risks, and new technologies to protect the company.
- Report any concerns or risks and share best risk management practices.
