Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Double-Degree, 2nd Major, and Minor programmes, including course registration, student progress tracking, and awards verification.
• Coordinate with partner colleges and internal teams on programme planning, timetabling, and curriculum updates.
• Provide academic advice and support to students.
• Maintain accurate programme information on internal systems and websites.
• Support office operations, events, and ad-hoc projects, while improving workflows and documentation.
• Build strong working relationships with partner institutions to streamline processes.
