Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to foster account growth within the existing client.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their operations, identify areas for improvement and provide solutions using our platform.
- Work with customer teams to ensure strong product adoption.
