Job description

Purpose of job :

Acquire new partners and build and maintain

effective relationships in order to drive sales and growth for the

business.

Main

Responsibilities :

Solicitation, acquisition and retention of partners to drive sales

and growth for the business

  • Develop value
  • propositions for all partners including but not limited to;

workshops, dealers and financial institutions

Analyse market trends to maximise growth cost effectively and to

spot both opportunities and threats to annual

goals

  • Gain a deep understanding of partner
  • drivers and objections, becoming the expert in Singapore knowledge

    and building strategies to reflect these

  • Build
  • relationships and effective lines of communication with our

    partners and be the first point of engagement, contact and

    resolution for issues / challenges

  • Develop and
  • execute relationship frameworks to ensure effective communication,

    interaction and remain the partner of choice

    Collaborate and work with existing partners to drive sales targets,

    through ongoing active engagement, training, process improvement

    and to design / recommend specific sales campaigns or incentive

    programmes

  • Monitor and consistently develop
  • processes to maximise efficiency and

    effectiveness

  • Network on behalf of Direct
  • Asia, utilising seminars, events etc.

    Involvement in designing and developing business cases for

    additional or new products to launch through each partnership,

    including sales and profit potential

  • Working
  • together with the Heads of Business to develop marketing campaigns,

    strategies and resource (people and budget)

    Ensure that partnership sales processes are compliant with

    appropriate legal rules and regulation

  • Other
  • related duties / projects as

    assigned
