Roles & Responsibilities
As an Associate Executive, your area of responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following :
- Setup training equipment and models for training programmes
- Provide support during training programmes and events
- Prepare training materials for training programmes
- Create post-training evaluation reports for programmes and events
- Maintain accurate training records, including CME attendance
- Support CME simulcasts via webinar for healthcare professionals
- Ensure facilities and infrastructure at Training Centre remain in good working condition
- Coordinate with vendors for scheduled maintenance and rectification works at the Training Centre
- Submit purchase requests and monitor their status
- Provide secretariat support for scheduled meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements :
Diploma in any disciplineMinimum of 2 years' experience in office administrationExperience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft TeamsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organisational skills with ability to work independently and handle multiple tasksExcellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholdersTell employers what skills you have
