Roles & Responsibilities
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any relevant field.
Min. 3 years of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience, covering all phases of ITSM (e.g., ITIL).
Min. 3 years of Data Analyst (DA) experience, including data profiling and mapping.
Possess at least 2 years of working experience in banking industry.
Strong knowledge of ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
Possess strong business communication skills in English and Japanese (to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and clients).
Experience in the Financial Industry or with IT Service Management (ITSM).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
Strong communication and client engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
