Roles & Responsibilities

DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan Lane), our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in the coordination and data management of key public health surveillance and research projects
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry, validation, and collation for reporting to relevant agencies
• Provide secretariat support to the Head, DSC, including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes and following up on action items
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documentation for internal and external meetings
• Support the planning and coordination of educational and outreach activities
• Liaise with partner organisations, community groups, and healthcare institutions to facilitate joint initiatives
• Assist with logistics, update operating guidelines, audits, publicity materials, and event administration
