- Working Days : Monday - Friday
- Salary Range : $2700 - $3500
- Reports To : Office Manager / HR Manager / Director

Job Introduction
We are a local sizeable Financial Advisory firm licensed by MAS.
As our new compliance admin, you will provide administrative support to
ensure the company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.
KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Administrative Duties :
Oversee office administration, supplies, equipment, and resource coordinationHandle correspondence, including mail, emails, and callsOrdering of pantry items and stationery itemMaintain physical and digital filing systems and recordsSupport event planning, meetings, and travel arrangementsManage vendor contracts and relationships (e.g., cleaners, suppliers)Any other task given by Executive DirectorsHR Support :
Assist with end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding & offboarding)Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personal filesCoordinate employee engagement activities / event and internal communicationsSupport in performance review coordination and documentationEnsure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and updated when requiredAssist with work pass applications, renewals, and terminationsRegistration of training coursesREQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field2–4 years of experience in administration and / or HR support roleProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of HR processes and relevant local employment laws is an advantageTell employers what skills you have
