Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
1.Taking off quantity of projects and measurement of quantity by reviewing tender drawings and drawings
2.As-Built drawing re-measurement, contract administration, forecast, budgeting, procurement. Detail pricing breakdown, valuation of variation and loss and expense build up. and final account.
3.To prepare purchase order to award to subcontractors, process include evaluation, comparison and recommendation.
4.Preparation and submission of progress claims to client.
5.Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers / service providers.
6.Preparation of final accounts with the clients / subcontractors / suppliers / service providers.
7.Liaison with client or consultant’s Quantity Surveyors.
8.Maintain records, manage and tracking all variation orders.
9.Maintain constant liaison with project staffs especially Project Manager and Senior Management.
10.Any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
1.Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or its equivalent.
2.Minimum 2 years of quantity surveyor experience for QS role in Construction Industry.
