We are looking for an Operations Manager to take charge of our day-to-day operations, drive process excellence, and ensure every vehicle is registered, delivered, and experienced by our customers with precision and delight. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Vehicle Operations : Oversee the full vehicle journey — from warehouse to showroom to customer handover — including timely and accurate vehicle registration with the relevant authorities.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor our Operations Executive team, ensuring daily targets are met and performance is optimized.
- Process Excellence : Develop, refine, and implement SOPs to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Quality & Compliance : Guarantee that all vehicles meet our strict standards for condition, documentation, and customer-ready presentation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Data & Reporting : Track KPIs, analyze operational data, and prepare actionable performance and inventory reports for management.
- Problem-Solving : Proactively address escalations, logistics bottlenecks, and unexpected issues with creative solutions.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive innovations in workflow automation, logistics planning, and operational reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in automotive operations, logistics, or a similar industry (supervisory / managerial experience preferred).Strong leadership and people management skills — you know how to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with sharp attention to detail in documentation and compliance.Tech-savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory or fleet management systems is a plus.A problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Tell employers what skills you have
