The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through e-commerce channels, optimizing digital campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
E-Commerce Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, and third-party channels).
- Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize conversion and sales.
- Monitor site performance, user experience, and implement improvements to enhance customer journey.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Track and analyze e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, sales performance).
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.Manage content creation (social media, newsletters, blog, ads) to drive engagement and brand visibility.Collaborate with creative and design teams for online marketing materials and campaigns.Plan seasonal and product-focused campaigns to boost brand awareness and revenue.Oversee influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and other collaboration strategies.Data & Performance Analytics
Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.Optimize marketing spend through ROI-driven campaign management.Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead, coach, and motivate a marketing and e-commerce team.Work closely with product development, sales, and management to align marketing strategies with business goals.Manage external vendors, agencies, and digital partners.
